Introducing the founding leadership of Beverly's Helping Hands LLC (BHHS), led by Founder Duane Ross and Co-Founder and Executive Director Zephania Durant.
Together, they bring experience in social services, healthcare insurance administration, operations management, workforce coordination, and community development.
With Duane's more than 30 years of experience in social services, administration, and program development, combined with Zephania's healthcare insurance leadership background, BHHS is committed to delivering professional recruitment services and building meaningful relationships with healthcare employers and job seekers.
Beyond staffing, our vision includes developing partnerships with Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical training institutions to establish a Train-to-Work Healthcare Initiative for individuals in underserved communities.

Duane Ross
Founder | Director of Business Development & Expansion
With over 30 years of experience in social services, administration, operations management, community outreach, and program development, Duane Ross founded Beverly's Helping Hands with a commitment to improving healthcare workforce opportunities.
His experience caring for his mother, Beverly, following three strokes strengthened his vision of building a healthcare staffing agency rooted in compassion, professional service, and community empowerment.

Co-Founder | Executive Director
Zephania Durant brings leadership and administrative experience to Beverly's Helping Hands. As Executive Director, she oversees organizational operations, staffing coordination, workforce initiatives, and the company's strategic development.
Her experience caring for her grandfather, following the loss of her grandmother Beverly, helped shape the shared mission behind the company.
